Before becoming a REALTOR, Lakia spent over 20 years in the legal industry as a paralegal, mediator, and arbitrator, including 10 years as a business owner of a full-service legal support company. Lakia is NABPOP-certified and holds the NAR Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification, equipping her to navigate distressed properties, lender negotiations, and foreclosure-related transactions with precision. She regularly completes Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), exterior evaluations, market analyses, and property condition reports, and is known for accurate pricing, thorough documentation, and clear communication.
