Our fees are straightforward:
Tenant Placement — one month's rent. This covers everything from marketing your property to screening applicants and placing a qualified tenant.
Monthly Management — 8–12% of the gross monthly rent, which covers rent collection, lease enforcement, property inspections, and more. Have multiple properties? Fees are negotiable.
Lease Renewal — 50% of one month's rent.
